welcome ewan!

5 Weeks Early! He surprised us all, including mommy when she thought she was taking a regular pee break, it became much more!!!

God protected them both. No infections. They were concerned that there was an infection because Rachel had a fever. After taking blood samples from both (ewan once he was born) it was all ruled out. We believe God brought Ewan early because there was a "true knot" in the umbilical chord. This could cause his heart rate to lower, less calories and nutrients, ect...

His heart rate did lower while delivering, but Rachel pushed him out in 10 minutes so the worries of possible emergency c-section quickly disolved.

We thank God for our Angels!!!

Hope you all enjoy the pics! We are enjoying the newest little member to our growing family!!!

Love you all!!!!

Rachel, Eric, London, and EWAN!!!

Ewan Baker Lindsey, born 8/10/09 at 11:38 pm, 5 lbs 11 oz, 18 in long.

Lexi and I wish you and your beautiful family continued health and happiness. While your home taking care of baby Ewan you'll have to become GH fans at 2pm on abc as that's Lexi's regular gig now...she plays Kristina Davis Corinthos. Enjoy those little ones as time flys by!

Congratulations and praise God! He looks fabulous and already has obvious, supreme Jedi skills.

London looks like a very sweet and interested big sis.

God's mercy here was great. Wish we could see you! Holler if you'd like us to look at some real estate in Oklahoma for you so that you can come back.

Love,
Dan for the Yosts
