Pics from Eric's Phone!

London's Best Friend Cameron turned four. Happy Happy Birthday Cameron, we love you!
Cameron smiling so nice, London making a face...hmmmm doesn't her father always feel the urge to do this in pics as well??
London met a boy at the mall. Eric was on this outing with her. He rolled his eyes telling me this story. Cracks me up, we have a flirt!
Good times!
London at Sunday school.
We went on a Trolley ride. Here are some pics from that fun, cloudy day, in Southern California. We were loving the weather!

We both look concerned, not sure why...

Our church had its community outreach and preschool Barbeque event. Here are some fun pics from that Sunday. London was having fun dancing to the band with one of her best friends Bridget.

Auntie K. She loves our kiddos and we love her. She took London on a pony ride.

Silly girls.
This is a good friend Mike. He loves Ewan and Ewan loves him.
Here are a few more fun pics of the kids from different things. (hey its bee awhile thought we'd load on the pics for you.)
London baked a cake with her daddy one morning.
Ewan loves to build things.
Pig nose, of course, everyone's doing it.
He crawled up on this chair to get to the door handle to escape!
A pic of us at Bucca. yummy!
London doing some gardening in the front.

Sorry we have yet to buy a camera. We keep thinking its going to magically appear. More like we are hoping!
Next pics to be posted will be of Pumpkin Patches. We have been attending lots. So we figured we will save them all for one big post!

Hope everyone is enjoying their October!
Kids are still sick. London has been having asthma problems, Ewan has an ear infection, and Mom and Dad are exhausted! School is going well for London. She is really great at writing her letters and numbers. She has also become a little artist. The pictures she draws are amazing. Seriously, thats not just a mom bragging! Eric is doing well, making A's on his homework assignments. He is enjoying school and we have been having fun attending activities and meeting other families at his school. Mom, well mom is being mom at the moment. Busy with chores, providing meals, and making sure all are taken care of ;) Dad of course is excellent at pitching in and letting mom catch up on her zzzz's! Also, mom has officially been given the title Sunday School Superintendent at church. That's keeping her happily busy as well.

Love you all and miss you!

Stories to share :)

Thought we would share some stories... (still no camera)

Ewan new favorite word..."Daddy". He calls for Daddy everywhere, all the time. He was entertaining people at a restaurant the other day as he saw Eric in line to pay and kept calling for him and pointing at him. It was cracking everyone up. He has now accomplished a sentence. The other night it was just mommy and Ewan hanging out, and he stacked some cups together, held them up in the air, and as clear as could be says, "I did it." I clapped and he smiled so big and said it again.
Maybe some of the stories we try to read him are helping with vocabulary after all. Unlike his sister who would let us read to her all day, Ewan prefers to hold the books himself, taste them, and flip and turn the pages over and over again :)

London still has a cold, but she was able to go back to preschool today because her fever finally went away. She now has developed a British accent at times. She loves Charlie and Lola, so if she's not watching it or having us read her a book, she is acting it out. Out of nowhere she will go into a British accent when talking during the day. Cracks us up.

We are enjoying the rain the past few days. One night there was thunder and lighting. London came out of the bathroom so fast, pants around her ankles as she had been using the potty, and goes, "What was that?" We said "thunder, did you finish going?". She goes, "what?" I said, "London are you done going potty" She just looked up at the ceiling, so I go, "God is laughing there is a party going on in Heaven and they are bowling and laughing." You could tell she was trying to process that, she then goes "will you tell God to stop laughing. I don't like his laugh."
Today when it was raining really hard she asked,"Is God going to start laughing again? God you can laugh its okay, I want to hear it."

Sad to think our kids have no idea what thunder storms are, when we grew up with them. Enjoying and loving the rain!!!

Miss you and love you all!

no pics sorry, an update

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is cooler than we are... its sooooo hot!
I am waiting on Eric to send me some pics from his computer to post. He put pics from his parents camera on his computer! OYE! So waiting. Still no camera... we may have to buy one.

Eric's parents were here along with his grandparents, last weekend. It was great visiting with them even if it was for a day. London attached herself to Super Granny and Grandpa. It was really cute. Wish I had a pic to show you ;) We are glad they were able to make a stop from the long drive for a few hours before going down to the OC to be with Uncle Ken and Aunt Helen. Thank you!!! We love you!!!

Eric's folks came back the next day and stayed till Monday. Of course we loved having them here. Ewan was very attached to Papa. Too cute, wish I had a pic to show you ;) Its really nice to be able to see them as much as we do. We are so thankful. We miss family all the time.

Been busy with Eric's auditions, his school and school work, and London and Ewans school. Eric is loving school though. Its great to see him so excited about it he talks my ear off, I think I get the exact replay of his three hours classes! :) So proud of him. God is really present in his life and its so cool to see.

The kids have been sick this week. Runny noses, and coughs. Took them to the doctors today, but were told its just a cold, not much we can do, it has to run its course, which could be up to 10 days they said, YUCK!

Hoping for cooler weather next week! We have a lot of pumpkin patches to hit!

I promise to post pics when I get them. Eric's on his computer for school when I would have a chance to use his computer to post from his computer, so its not an option, i have to wait, sorry~

Love you all and miss you! Again we wish we could see our family more often.
BOOMER SOONER, BEAT TEXAS!

Still no Pics, but some info :)

Hi Everyone,

We will have some pics to post soon. Eric has been taking pics with his iphone, I have asked him to upload to the computer three times, but it has yet to happen. He's busy, you know school, watching sports (boomer sooner!) :)

Here is the latest news. Took the kids to their well check ups this week. Both are looking great.

London: Pediatrician says she could start Kindergarten today with no problems. Yay! She is ready, we have a year to go, wowzers!
She is 41" tall (75%) and weight is 32.8 (25%) so she is our tall skinny gal :)
She is loving preschool again. She has asked to go every day. We are hoping to start her in soccer in a few weeks. The girl can sing. Her pitch is crazy so we are looking into voice lessons as well. She is still the sweetest big sister, but I do have a story to share: She was playing tea time with her doll and setting up food on her table when brother got wind of this party that was to take place. So he crawled his way over as London saw the disaster about to happen before her eyes, she begins to yell, "No brother stop!" I explain to her that he wants to join in, and not to yell at him. She then proceeds to let him "ruin" her lovely table setting and puts her hand on her head and so frustrated with lips tight she squeezes out the words, "AHHH THIS IS SO HARD!" :) having a baby brother can be hard, but I would say most of the time, she enjoys it!

Ewan: Pediatrician says he is not showing any signs of being a premie. (YAY!) He is ahead in some aspects, on time with everything else. Talking (saying words), crawling/squat stand move around holding onto things, passing ball back and forth, putting pennies (kids plastic ones) in the kid piggy bank, and giving kisses are a few of his favorite things to do!
He is 30" tall (50%) and weight is 19.3 (5%). He is our average height skinny boy :) His head is below average so unlike his sister having a large head like her mother, he has a small head like his father. :) Today we had a scare though. Its time to get a crib tent to put on his crib. Didn't need one with sister. But we put him down for nap. He got himself out of the crib and landed on the floor. Of course we didn't see this, we just heard the big thump on the monitor with crying, and ran into the room where he greeted us at the door. Horrifying! We believe he is okay, thank God! Anyhoo, did we mention he's a climber?

Mom is staying busy with the Sunday school program at church. The kids all have a presentation this Sunday two songs (God is so Good, and Rise and Sing) and a bible verse, John 15:5 that they deliver to the tune of a black eyed pea song. We are looking forward to that. They also will be presenting the church with a mural they made all summer long (square cloths designed by them covering each lesson over the summer all sewn together. So cool!) Of course she is also busy being mom and wife :)

Daddy has been busy buying books, getting books from students who have graduated (free!) and is busy reading these books for school, he begins at the end of the month. He is also still very active with the youth group and has been helping mom out with some of her Sunday school duties as superintendent. Auditions are still happening. Looking for the next job to book. He is busy, but he still finds time to watch his sports! He also got to play softball this week, one last time before classes begin on Monday night.

Well, that's it. A lot I know to read with no pictures. This was a no picture book today. Hopefully we will have pics tomorrow???? Everyone write Eric on FB or email, asking to see pics from his iphone!!!

Love to you all! Missing everyone!

Quick Update, no pics, lost camera :(

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend. We went up North to see Grammy and Papa and were having a great time, when it got cut short because Eric had a second call back. So we had to drive home two days early. Sad about that.
The kiddos were having such a great time. Up and down the stairs, round and round the house in a big loopie loop. Playing outside at the park. It was fun and exhausting for them, maybe a bit for us too. They both slept soooo well while we were there, and in the car to and fro. Car trips are actually not bad, we have fun! Wow, love that we can say that!

London goes back to preschool next week. Ewan begins his first Mommy and Me class next Monday. (Its all about music. He loves music. This should be fun.) Eric begins school on the 27th. Everyone in a class except for mom. That might be changing very soon! :)

We ask for continued prayers for Rachel's grandma Roberta, and for Heathers mom Carla. As they continue to battle cancer. We appreciate all the prayers, love, and support!!

Its cooled off in Southern California. Loving the weather!!!

Miss you all!

xoxo

Hope we find our camera soon!!! Its like we have lost a part of us.
