Happy New Year everyone!! Had a few more shots of Christmas for eager eyes ;)
For New Years Eve we went bowling with friends, went to dinner, and ended on a sweet note eating ice cream. We had a wonderful time ringing in the new year remembering all we are thankful for and how blessed we truly are. At home the kids had fun with silly string being silly (didn't take shots of that, not sure why)
On New Years day after church, we went and had lunch with some more friends celebrating the new year.
It was a wonderful weekend.
UPDATES:
London is doing well in school. She had a great report card, and the teacher was nothing but excited and encouraging of her. She finished her soccer season and will soon begin T-Ball in the spring. She is currently taking gymnastics. She is reading to us and Ewan, writing sentences, telling time, doing math~ wowzers, she's growing up very fast!
Ewan is such a boy! He loves all vehicles! His favorite show is Fireman Sam. (British claymation series) He loves to read books about trains, and trucks. He loves to sing and dance... if a song is playing he is moving. Seriously, anywhere any time, he will just belt out and get his groove on. A very friendly little guy, always entertaining everyone, and we mean EVERYONE around him...he makes friends fast! :)
Eric is doing great in school. A's....Enjoying his internship at the church, prepping for his next, possibly the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. He has shot two commercials and is on hold for another. Blessed.
He is learning to juggle school and be a "stay at home" dad. Very very proud of him.
Rachel (me) is working three times a week, juggling job, kids and Eric's schedule. Thankful to have a boss that's flexible with my families activities. Very busy with Sunday School at church. Currently planning our Sunday School Mardi Gras party, and prepping for summer Sunday school program. I am currently looking into a spin class hope to start doing this three times a week :) *please keep a very close family friend of ours, Lori Talty, in your prayers, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has had surgery and currently recovering. But there is still a long road ahead with all of this. Please pray for her to have strength and, peace of mind. Also, a very dear friend, Lucy Green, lost her father yesterday. Please pray for strength, comfort, and peace for her as well, it was very sudden and not expected.
Love you all and hope you have been enjoying the new year so far!!! Thank you for your continued support and love...
Hugs and kisses!!!
